What is the difference between TES Academy and TES School?
- TES Academy is designed for university students, adults, and working professionals. It focuses on career advancement, specialized English (ESP) like our Call Center course, IELTS exam preparation, and business communication.
- TES School is designed for young learners (ages 7–14). It uses an integrated STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Exploring, Art and Math) methodology to teach English through hands-on projects, experiments, and discovery.
Can I browse or translate the website into Arabic?
Yes! We want our platform to be accessible to all students and parents across the MENA region. You can easily switch the page language to Arabic using the language toggle option on the top corner or main menu of our website.

How does the Call Center course job offer incentive work?
Our TES Call Center Course is built in direct alignment with international BPO and customer service hiring standards. Students who successfully complete the course, demonstrate voice neutralization, and achieve an assessment score of 85% or higher on their final evaluation are directly offered job interview pathways with our partner call center networks.
Is the IELTS Preparation track suitable if I am at an intermediate English level?
Yes. Our IELTS course covers foundational test mechanics as well as advanced Band 7+ strategies for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. However, to get the most out of the prep course, we recommend having at least a solid intermediate (B1) level before enrolling. You can take our Free Placement Test to verify your starting level.
Will I receive a completion certificate?
Yes! All students who complete the required lessons, assignments, and final evaluations in their enrolled course will receive an official digital certificate of completion from TES Academy.
🔬 TES School (STEAM & Young Explorers)
What age groups are eligible for TES School?
TES School is optimized for children and young teens aged 7 to 18 years old (Primary, Preparatory and Secondary stages).
What materials or equipment does my child need at home?
For daily online lessons, your child simply needs a stable internet connection and a laptop, desktop, or tablet. For hands-on engineering or science projects, we use simple, safe household items (like paper, plastic cups, ruler, colored markers, or recycled materials) which are shared in advance in the module outline.
Why is STEAM better than traditional grammar lessons for children?
Traditional lessons force children to memorize abstract rules, which often leads to stage fright when speaking. In a STEAM classroom, children use English as a tool to code, design space domes, build models, and present scientific experiments. They gain natural fluency and public speaking confidence through action, not memorization.

What payment methods do you accept?
To keep enrollment simple and local for our students in Egypt and across the region, we accept direct manual payments via:
- Instapay
- Mobile Wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, etc.)
How do I register for a course after making a payment?
- Select your target course on the registration page.
- Transfer the course fees using your preferred method (Instapay or Mobile Wallet).
- Take a screenshot or save the transaction receipt.
- Fill out the Student Registration Form, attach your receipt screenshot, and submit.
How long does it take to receive my account login details after paying?
Once you submit your registration form and receipt screenshot, our support team manually verifies the transaction. You will receive your login credentials, dashboard link, and welcome instructions via email (or WhatsApp) within 1 to 12 hours.

Can I study on my mobile phone?
Yes! Our learning platform is fully responsive. You can log into your student dashboard, view lesson videos, download study materials, and track your progress from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
What if I forget my login password or account link?
If you forget your password, click the “Lost your password?” link on the login screen to receive a reset link via email. If you ever lose your login link, simply reach out to our WhatsApp support team with your registered email, and we will resend your portal access details immediately.
